PLNTD is a small corner bar in Leyton with a simple promise: every juice is pressed on-site each morning, every smoothie is blended to order, and nothing comes from a concentrate or a pre-made bag.
We built the room you're looking at ourselves — tile by tile, plant by plant. It's where neighbours grab a green juice on the way to work and stay for a flat white on a Saturday. That's the whole brand. Real food, served fresh, in a space that feels like yours.
A serious machine for a serious cup.
This is the heart of the bar — a three-group Italian espresso machine pulled out of a workshop in Florence and rebuilt by our barista lead. Pre-infusion, pressure profiling, individually heated groups. It's overkill for a juice shop. We don't care.
Pair it with single-origin beans from a small Bermondsey roaster, oat milk as standard, and a team that takes their dial-ins seriously, and you get a flat white worth queuing for. That cup of coffee is non-negotiable for us.
